Hazel Court - Supported Living app for iPhone and iPad

Hazel Court is based in Crumpsall Manchester and provides high quality care and support packages for young people leaving care or who are homeless.
The project has been developed by taking into account the young people’s needs and views, looking at reports published by Roger Morgan and working extensively with young people in residential care, children’s rights and commissioning bodies for over fifteen years.

The move from residential care to Semi Independence is an exciting but also daunting experience for the young person.

At Hazel Court we pride ourselves on focusing on the needs and wishes of the young person making the transition a positive experience.

The Hazel Court app provides easy access for to all our communication points and is ideal for all professionals working alongside us.

You can call and email us direct from our app and there is a section where we have brought together many of the useful numbers used daily in our work.

We have a handy Find Us section with directions helping you find us from your current location.

There is an initial enquiry form to enable quick contact.

There is a add a reminder section so you can enter the dates of any meetings you may have at Hazel Court and the app will automatically send you a local notification.
